ALONA KOSÉ will not accept returns or exchanges of bikini bottoms, one-pieces, or used items, due to FDA regulations.
ALONA KOSÉ will accept returns of unused bikini tops, clothes, and products.Customers must notify ALONA KOSÉ about their wishes within 48 hours upon receiving the delivery to return permitted items.

Returns will be accepted with a 10% deduction, and shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
If items were purchased during a SALE or with a coupon, the customer would regain the initially paid amount, with a 10% deduction.
To exchange permitted items, customers must notify ALONA KOSÉ about their wishes within 48 hours, and return the unwanted items via shipping within seven days of their arrival, to HaKukiya Street 42, Rishon LeZion, Israel.
Please return the items sealed in their original packaging and with their label on them.
All of our clothes are handmade to order in a slow fashion concept; thus, cancellation of order is only available up to 24 hours after order confirmation.
